With the digital release of this year's critically acclaimed film Gantumoote, the film has managed to reach a lot more cinephiles. The film, which is a coming-of-age story of a teenage girl, is set in the 90s and has managed to strike a familiar chord among many viewers. This has led to the film getting on to the must-watch lists year-ender of various people across the country.
This film is the debut directorial effort of filmmaker Roopa Rao and has Teju Belawadi and Nischith Korodi in lead roles. The film has garnered a lot of appreciation within the Kannada film industry too.
