Harshika Poonacha and Raghavendra Rajkumar team up for new film

Here’s another first for actress Harshika Poonacha: She will share screen space with Raghavendra Rajkumar in a new project called Sthabda, directed by Laali Raghav.
An elated Harshika, who is back in Bengaluru after wrapping up the shoot for her Bhojpuri film in London, says, “Raghavendra Rajkumar sir gave me an opportunity to act in Jackie which gave me the much-needed recognition at that time.I am excited to act alongside him in Sthabda. He plays the role of a caring father and I am looking forward to picking up acting nuances. This will be a great learning curve for me. In fact, I accepted the project because of Raghanna.”
The actress throws light on her role: “My character is a very stubborn and independent girl who never listens to anyone. She makes her own decisions and faces many challenges in life. As the makers want to keep my character under wraps, I can’t reveal much at this stage.”

The muhurtha of the movie, which has Prasanth Siddi and Shruthi in pivotal roles, will take place next week.
The actress also has Kaalanagini, Thaytha and Bhojpuri film Sanam Mere Hum Raaz in the pipeline.
