Likith’s a journalist and Shwetha a collegian in their rom-com

Kirik Keerthi’s directorial debut, Lovvu Maduve Ityaadi, a rom-com laced with comedy, has Likith Shetty and Shwetha Prasad in the lead. “Romance and comedy are two genres that most people connect with. There’s not a person who doesn’t like either,” shares the debutant director, adding “The first look of the film will convey the tone of the story... light, breezy and fun.Let’s just say it’s all about demand and supply... love life and married life. I won’t say anything more; audiences will realise what I mean when they watch the film.”
Likith plays a TV reporter, while Shwetha is a chirpy college student in the film. “They are a couple who date and tie the knot and their dynamics make for a joyous story,” states Keerthi. The movie, which will go on floors on March 19, also stars Malavika Avinash, Veena Sundar, Kuri Sunil and Gopinath
Kamath.
