'Madhagaja' Lovesome teaser: Sriimurali and Ashika Ranganath's rustic romance will leave you wanting for more

Team 'Madhagaja' has arrived at our digital doorsteps with a very special treat. On the auspicious occasion of Ugadi, the team has presented its fans with a special "lovesome" teaser which properly showcases Ashika Ranganath's distinctive look in the film. For obvious reasons, fans have reacted tremendously well to the video as it went on to become viral on social media within no time.
The teaser video also features Madhagaja's leading man Sriimurali and the ethereal romance between the lead pair seems to be a major highlight of the film.While Ashika Ranganath charms everyone with her ethnic, village belle avatar, Sriimurali's brooding style of romance is sure to remind everyone of the old-school, classical love story of Kannada cinema. Through Ravi Basrur's melodic background score and the blissful imagery captured by I. Naveen Kumar, the short teaser will remain etched in your mind for the longest time.

On the other hand, the makers of the film are currently putting in the hard yards and have had to endure a few difficulties of late. Having begun the fourth schedule of production very recently, the team has hit a major roadblock with the leading man Sriimurali injuring himself during the shoot. The team had kick-started the crucial schedule with a "raw" fight sequence which involved as many as 300 extras and 40 fighters. During the conception of the sequence, actor Sriimurali ended up with a ligament tear in his knee and had to be rushed to a hospital for immediate medical assistance. The actor has been advised to rest the leg for a period of two weeks at least.
Well, regardless of the prevailing issues, the recent "lovesome" teaser does assure all the fans that the film is shaping up tremendously well. One can expect that the shooting will be back to full swing at the earliest once Sriimurali recovers from his injuries. With the completion of the fourth schedule, the team hopes on completing 90% of the shoot and will look to wrap up the pending portion at the earliest. The exact release date is yet to be confirmed.
