Chiranjeevi Sarja’s demise in 2020 left Sandalwood heartbroken, and his actress wife recently paid a visit to his memorial site, cutting cakes to celebrate his 39th birth anniversary.
In a video shared on Twitter, Meghana is seen placing flowers and cutting cakes at his resting place. After cutting the cake, she placed a piece on his portrait, which is painted on the memorial. Sarja’s memorial was decorated with flowers, and sweets were also placed as part of the tribute.

On October 17, Meghana took to her Instagram account to share a heartfelt note on Chiranjeevi’s birth anniversary: "Happy Birthday, Happiness! You are my Guide and my Guard (sic)." Many fans responded to her post, offering strength and support.
On June 6, 2020, Sarja experienced seizures and had difficulty breathing. The next day, he complained of chest pain and collapsed, with cardiac arrest confirmed as the cause of death at the age of 39. His funeral was held on June 8 at
Dhruva Sarja's farmhouse on Kanakapura Road.
Meghana was pregnant with their child at the time of Chiranjeevi’s demise and later gave birth to their son, Raayan Raj Sarja, also known as Jr. Chiru.

Close friends of Chiranjeevi, including actor Prajwal Devaraj and filmmaker Pannaga Bharana, have frequently visited his memorial to honour him.
