"We got this photograph done when he was only 15 days old. I wanted to capture him in that tiny phase and keep those memories stored permanently with this special shoot," says Mayuri. As for the name, she says that she was hoping for a name that would begin with the letter A. "We had combinations with a mix of my husband's and my names, but it did not work out. It was then suggested by a guruji we follow that we choose a name based on an alphabet best suited to his horoscope. I liked the name Aarav, as did guruji,” says the actress, who calls her son 'starboi'.
So, how have the past three months been for her? “Motherhood has been truly enjoyable and changed me in every single way. I have learnt to cherish every single moment and become more patient. Even when I am looking my worst or have cramps, a smile from my son makes me forget all about it. The feeling is incomparable and I am sure it even beats being in front of the camera," she shares happily, adding that she also got herself vaccinated against COVID upon her doctor's prescription to be safe in these trying times.
