Shooting of film on St Lawrence underway in Bangalore

The shooting of the Kannada film Karkalada Pavada Purusha St Lawerence, based on the life and times of Saint Lawrence is almost completed. After shooting the film in Mangalore, the cast and crew of the movie came to Bangalore to shoot the remaining part of the film.
The film depicts as how St. Lawrence Shrine or Attur Church, the Roman Catholic church in Karkala came into existence. The church was built in 1759 and has a history of miracles. It is characterized by its Attur Jatre or Attur Fest.
Stephen Mendis is the producer of the film. Ravichetan who played controversial role of Satyananda is in the title role. Bhavya, Tennis Krishna, Rekha Das, Shobaraj, Swasthik Shanker, Manmohan Roy, Allwyn D Silva, Shakthi and others are in the cast.
