Sonu Gowda to play IAS officer

Actress Sonu Gowda has become choosy in selecting the roles. In her next, Sonu Gowda will play the role of an IAS officer. The movie directed by national award winning director Nikhil Manjoo is titled as Shalini IPS.
The film is based on the life of real life IAS couple Shalini Rajaneesh and Rajaneesh Goel. Shalini Rajaneesh is currently serving as Principal Secretary at the Department of Health and Family Welfare.Actor Roger Narayan is essaying the role of Rajaneesh Goel. Chief Minister Siddaramaiah sounded the first clap of the movie.
