V Harikrishna to launch audio company

One of the most sought-after music directors in Sandalwood, V Harikrishna, who has scored music for over 50 films, will soon launch his audio company D-Bits.
The audio of the upcoming Darshan-starrer Bulbul will be released by D-, making it the company’s maiden release. Incidentally, Harikrishna has scored the music for this film, which is the Kannada remake of the Telugu movie Darling and has Rachita Ram opposite Darshan.Harikrishna, who is now getting into the music distribution business, is also an accomplished playback singer.
One of his most recent stints as playback singer has been for Gadda Vijay’s Paappasu Kalli. The song Papa punya lekka hakki badukokaitada, has lyrics by Yogaraj Bhat.
Incidentally, the composer-singer’s wife Vani is also slated to soon make her debut as muci director with the film Loosegalu, which stars Akul Balaji, Rekha, Srimurali and Srikanth in the lead. Vani is also expected to score for Meenakshi, starring Raghu Mukherji and Shubha Punja.
