'Vedha' release starts off at 5 am with gigantic expectations

This year has shown films from Kannada cinema hitting the box office on the right spot and making big collections. 'James', 'KGF Chapter 2', 'Vikrant Rona' and 'Kantara' all opened big and made a big sound at the box office. To finish off 2022 with a bang, Shivarajkumar's 'Vedha' is releasing this Friday with humongous expectations as the film is very close to every Shivarajkumar fan as its Shivarajkumar's 125th film and also 4th film with director Harsha.Also, the film is Shivarajkumar's first home production. Expectations are at a peak as Harsha hasn't revealed anything about the film except that the film is set in the 60s and it is very violent seeing the trailer.
The latest report on the movie states that 'Vedha' is releasing in theatres on December 23, in Kannada, Tamil and Telugu. In fact, Vedha is opening like most big-ticket films with early morning shows, with Bengaluru getting multiple screenings as early as 5 am. Advance booking for these shows has opened and they are either sold out or fast filling. Vedha, produced by Geetha Shivarajkumar, has music by Arjun Janya and cinematography by Swamy J.
The first teaser gave the audience a glimpse into the weapons of Vedha and it caught everyone's attention because of all the women characters in the film played by Ganavi Laxman, Shwetha Changappa or Aditi Sagar wielding the weapons. Shivarajkumar is paired with Ganavi. Shivarajkumar will be seen in an older avatar and he has multiple looks in the film. The second teaser was Soul of Vedha, which was very intense, yet did not give a clue about what the film is all about.
Fans are expecting 'Vedha' to create history as Shivarajkumar's 100th film 'Joggaiah' disappointed heavily and the fans are praying for history to be changed this time.
