Ravi Shankar were seen joining the shoot recently.
The team recently had a press meet with the media where Prakash Raj, Ravi Shankar, and director Rajendra Singh Babu were seen interacting with the media and talking more about the film.

Talking to the media, Rajendra Singh Babu says, he has done extensive research for the film and has taken guidance from director TN Seetharam for some of the crucial drama which happens in the courtroom. Rajendra Singh Babu also says he spent two years writing and detailing the script which is about buffalo race culture.
Prakash Raj feels extremely happy to be back working with Rajendra Singh Babu after 'Mutthina Haara' and now is proud to be part of 'Veera Kambala'. Prakash Raj feels that doing this role particularly is very responsible for him who hails from Tulu speaking family from Dakshina Kannada region, the culture of that part of the land is very close to his life.
Ravi Shankar thanked Rajendra Singh Babu for considering him do the role as he feels blessed to work the veteran director whom he has been admiring all his career and waiting to work with him since a long time. Ravi also feels special to work with Prakash Raj and all these factors made him do this film.
'Veera Kambala' has an ensemble cast of Kambala racers Srinivas Gowda and Swaraj playing the lead role and also in the cast includes Naveen Padil, Gopinath Bath, Rajashekar Kotiyan, Mime Ramesh, Usha Bhandari. Music is by Khadri Manikanth and cinematography by R Giri.
