Shivarajkumar to release a song from ACT-1978

This weekend, to coincide with the Dasara festivities, team ACT-1978 will be releasing a special song for all fans of the Kannada film industry. This song will be releasing on Puneeth Rajkumar's audio label PRK Audio, while it will be launched by none other than Sandalwood's Karunada Chakravathy Shivarajkumar. The film, which stars Yagna Shetty in the lead role, has been directed by Mansore, who has helmed National Award winning films like Harivu and Nathicharami.
The filmmaker took to his social media pages to announce this good news, where he wrote that this was something that brought him immense pride as Shivarajkumar was someone who he has idolised as a film aficionado and to have him releasing a song from the film is a dream come true. He also added that what made it extra special is the fact that the song is very close to his heart and Shivarajkumar agreeing to release this is all the more cherishable. The visuals for this song have been filmed across various districts of Karnataka. It is a dedication from the team to the farmers who are currently facing a lot of problems and difficulties, especially financially with their debts. The song has been picturised by Satya Hegde, while it has been written by Jayanth Kaikini, composed by Rahul Shivakumar and has been rendered by Kadabagere Muniraju.
