Mira Nair and Zoya Akhtar applaud Richa-Ali's debut production

Mira Nair has lauded Richa Chadha and Ali Fazal's debut production Girls Will Be Girls, as it makes waves with its US release. In a recent social media post, Nair described the film as “rare,” admiring Suchita Talati’s writing and direction. “Girls Will Be Girls is a rare gem. It captivated me with its raw honesty and nuanced storytelling. This is a film that deserves to be seen, and I strongly urge everyone in the US to catch it,” said Nair.
