Aranthangi Nisha and Bava Lakshmanan are part of Vasantabalan's next

The cast of Vasantabalan's upcoming film is getting bigger and better. While it was first announced that Arjun Das and Dushara Vijayan will be playing the lead in this film. It was later announced that Vanitha Vijaykumar and Arjun Chidambaram, too, will be seen in important roles. Suresh Chakravarthi had earlier spoken to us about playing a supporting role in the film as well.
And now, the film's team has announced that Bigg Boss Tamil fame Aranthangi Nisha and Bava Lakshmanan are part of the film, too.While not much is revealed regarding their roles, we are certain that the director will be sketching out a nice character for them. This slice-of-life drama, we hear, eminent dancer Shanta Dhananjayan also told us that she is part of the project and will be seen in the role of a headmistress.
The team had begun shooting early this year and had to halt mid-way owing to the second wave of coronavirus pandemic. The team is now in the last leg of their shoot. Vasantabalan's last release was 'Kaaviya Thalaivan', which was released in 2014. His other project with GV Prakash Kumar 'Jail' is yet to hit the screens.
