Poonam is going places

Poonam Kaur is all set to make her debut in Tamil in the Vishal-Smaeera starrer ���������Vedi���������, a remake of Telugu flick ���������Souryam���������.
Poonam, who was part of the Telugu flick is playing the same in Tamil too. ���������The only reason I accepted the role is because of Prabhudeva sir. I still remember those days as a kid when I was in awe of Prabhudeva sir and dreaming of meeting him at least once!��������� Poonam says, adding, ���������When I started shooting, I was a little hesitant as I didn���������t know anybody.But in just two days, I got friendly with everyone.���������
The film is going to be an important one in her life, feels Poonam. Talking about Vishal, the actress says, ���������He is a very down to earth person and extremely talented. After I watched his ���������Vaadu-Veedu���������, I just couldn���������t imagine how he managed to play the role with a squint eye. I am sure he is going to get a national award for that.��������� Poonam is praises for her other co-star Sameera Reddy too. ���������Sameera is such a confident girl and very positive too.���������
Poonam is also doing another Tamil film opposite Sham of ���������Kick��������� fame. Way to go girl
