Avantika Mishra playing an aspiring actress in Vijay Deverakonda’s maiden production

Delhi beauty Avantika Mishra is no new to Telugu cinema as she has already starred in three films namely ‘Maaya’, ‘Meeku Meere Maaku Meme’ and ‘Vyshakam’. After a gap of two years, the 27-year-old actress is returning to Tollywood with Vijay Deverakonda’s maiden film as the producer. She will be romancing director-cum-actor Tharun Bhascker in the forthcoming entertainer directed by debutant Shammir.
Speaking about the new project to a leading daily, Avantika Mishra stated that she’ll be playing an aspiring actress in this coming-of-age film belonging to the tragic-comedy genre. According to the belle, it was the unconventional plotline and different characterisation that made her signed the dotted line.
“I got nostalgic while shooting for this film as the entire process reminded me of my experiences as an aspiring actress. I could bring out all such emotions in this role,” quoted the bombshell.

Reports reveal that Avantika Mishra was selected for the role after she underwent an audition and stunned the filmmakers with her brilliant performance and gorgeous looks. Before stepping into films, the Delhi girl spent almost eight years in South India and pursued her Degree in Chemical Engineering from a reputed college in Bangalore.
