Ileana dubs for the first time in Telugu for 'Amar Akbar Anthony'

Ileana’s return to Telugu cinema with Sreenu Vaitla’s ‘Amar Akbar Anthony’ with Ravi Teja has been much talked about.
A press-note now reveals that the actress is also dubbing for herself for the first time with this film. It reads, “The gorgeous @Ileana_Official dubs in Telugu for the first time. For her role in #AmarAkbarAnthony. A @SreenuVaitla's endeavour. @RaviTeja_offl @MythriOfficial @MusicThaman @Mee_Sunil.#AAAOnNov16.” (sic) Reports state that it was director Sreenu Vaitla’s idea to have the actress dub for her own role.
Recently, the slew of non-Telugu actresses in the Telugu film industry have opted to dub for themselves in their recent films, probably owing to authenticity. Seeing as how Samantha, Pooja Hegde, Tamannaah and Rakul Preet have all done it, looks like Ileana and Mehreen Pirzada with ‘F2’ are all set to join the list.
‘Amar Akbar Anthony’ is slated for release on November 16 and will feature music by Thaman S.
