Nishabdham Teaser: All about a haunted house and a murder mystery

After creating good curiosity with the first look posters and pre-teaser, the official teaser of Madhavan and Anushka Shetty’s forthcoming film Nishabdham has been released on the eve of the lead actress birthday. Besides the lead pair, the Hemant Madhukar directorial features an ensemble star cast like Michael Madsen, Anjali, Shalini Pandey, Subbaraju and Srinivasa Avasarala on board. Touted to be a suspense-thriller, the big-budget film has been mostly shot in Seattle.
The 104-second teaser opens with a small girl looking through the giant window of a building and an unidentified person throwing a book (The most haunted places in Seattle) into the river. After a few random shots, we get introduced to the lovely pair of Sakshi (Anushka Shetty) and Antony (Madhavan) who visit a haunted house for a vacation.
However, mysterious events take place during that particular night which turns into a nightmare for all the persons involved in it. While Hollywood actor Michael Madsen is seen as a detective working on the case, Anjali is playing the role of a local Seattle cop. The roles of the remaining actors are yet to be detailed.
Overall, the makers of Nishabdham have arrived with an impressive teaser which is full of thrills and spills. While Anushka leads the proceedings in a mute role, Madhavan and Michael Madsen are the actors to watch out for. Shaneil Deo’s cinematography deserves a special mention and Gopi Sunder’s BGM will literally give you goosebumps.
