First single from Rana Daggubati, Sai Pallavi's ''Virata Parvam'' out

The first single from actors Rana Daggubati and Sai Pallavi starrer, Virata Parvam was released by none other than Victory Venkatesh. The song titled ‘Kolu kolu’ has been composed by Suresh Bobbili and sung by Divya Malika and Suresh Bobbili. A well-known lyricist penned lyrics for this beautiful melody.
Venkatesh took it to his social media releasing the single he wrote, ‘’This song is already stuck on my mind! Happy to launch #KoluKolu Song From #VirataParvam.Best wishes to the entire team.’’

Touted to be a period action-drama set against Telangana regions in the 1990s, the film marks the first time association between Rana and director Venu Udugula. Going by the first look poster released in December 2019 it is assumed that the film will be about the Naxal movement in Warangal. It is also said that Rana will be seen in Comrade Ravanna.

The film is being bankrolled by D Suresh Babu and Sudhakar Cherukuri under Sri Lakshmi Venkateswara Cinemas in association with Suresh Productions. The film has cinematography by Dani Sanchez-Lopez and Divakar Mani. Sreekar Prasad will be editing the film. The cast so far includes Priyamani, Nandita Das, Nivetha Pethuraj, Naveen Chandra, Zarina Wahab, Easwari Rao and Sai Chand among a few others. Virata Parvam is scheduled to hit the marquee on April 30, 2021.
