Donald Trump asks to take down his ‘worst’ portrait at Colorado Capitol, internet shares his best!

US President Donald Trump is irked by his portrait at Colorado Capitol, which he described as ‘truly the worst’. On Sunday, Mar. 24, Trump asked Governor Jared Polis to take down his ‘purposefully distorted’ portrait displayed in Colorado.
“Nobody likes a bad picture or painting of themselves, but the one in Colorado, in the State Capitol, put up by the Governor, along with all other Presidents, was purposefully distorted to a level that even I, perhaps, have never seen before,” Trump said in a on Truth Social.

The President also stated that the artist painted the portrait of former President Barack Obama well, and it ‘looks wonderful’, however, his is ‘truly the worst’. “She must have lost her talent as she got older,” Trump said, taking a dig at the artist.
Trump further expressed that he would “much prefer not having a picture than having this one.” He also said that many people from Colorado have called (and written to him) complaining about the portrait, “In fact, they are actually angry about it!”

As Trump has asked to ditch the ‘worst’ portrait, the netizens have flooded the internet with his best ones. Take a look.

One Truth Social user said that Trump deserves to be featured amongst the greatest leaders at the Mount Rushmore National Memorial. The memorial features the colossal sculptures of the Greatest Presidents in the history of America - George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, Theodore Roosevelt, and Abraham Lincoln.


A netizen shared a picture taken from the assassination attempt on Trump during his Presidential campaign rally. The photo shows Trump with blood on his face and ear, pumping his fist in front of an American flag while Secret Service agents surround him. "I prefer this pic over the Governor's pic," the netizen commented.

Jared should be ashamed of himself!”
