There was not just a showstopper but even a showstarter and a woman in the middle!
Yes, Dia Mirza made a grand entry at the Shantanu and Nikhil show on the third and final night of the Chivas Fashion tour at ITC Grand Central on Sunday. Making her presence in the middle of the show was Neha Dhupia. Sonu Niigaam was the showstopper. What you saw were the flavours of vintage India served on a western philosophy of drapes and silhouettes.
The night began with Rocky S saying it with a concoction of colours, both bright and understated. Dubai-based designer Ayesha Depala was next, showering you with flowers that were the key inspiration of her elegant and exquisite line. Wendell Rodricks showcased a suite of cocktail dresses and evening lounge wear. Watching it all were Sabina and Anil Chopra, Neha and Pradeep Hirani, Khushnuma and Arzan Khambatta, Vida Samadzai, Masumeh Makhija, Shveta Salve and Rohit Bal.
