All Schedule 1 suppliers and how to unlock them

The Schedule 1 suppliers provide the raw materials you need to build an empire, and access to them will be the first step to success. Schedule 1 features three suppliers at launch, each providing the primary ingredients for their respective instrumental drug productions:

You must visit various regions and develop relationships with different personas and provide specific requirements to unlock them. Here’s an overview of how to access each supplier.

Albert Hoover is the easiest supplier to access since he’s available from the beginning. He specializes in marijuana and provides four types of weed seeds, even if you only have access to OG Kush to begin with, then you'll unlock the other strains as you progress further.


Shirley Watts will become your first supplier of Pseudo, the main ingredient for Meth. She becomes available fairly early in the game when you first arrive in Westville, the second region.


Salvador Moreno is the last and most difficult supplier to get unlocked. Salvador is located in the Docks, the fourth region of the map, and supplies Coca seeds, which are required for Cocaine production. Unlike Weed or Meth, Coca seeds only have a single version, but you can improve the quality of the product by drying the leaves.
