The deal will pay him a $3 million signing bonus and $1 million salary in 2025, $19 million in 2026, $14 million in 2027, and $18 million in 2028.”After being with the Boston Red for the past five years, Nick Pivetta has multiple options for the 2025 seasons including the Baltimore Orioles, Atlanta Braves, and Cleveland Guardians, but he went ahead with the San Diego Padres.
