Kiyan Anthony, son of Carmelo and La La Anthony, was the star player for Lutheran High School in The Throne basketball tournament. The event, sponsored by the NBA Players Association and Gold Level Sports and Entertainment, saw eight teams competing for the top spot in the league, and the Crusaders seem to be at the top of their game, with Kiyan leading the charge. And Melo and La La were there as always to cheer for their son.

Kiyan Anthony was the star of the Crusaders vs. Bears game

The semifinal game in The Throne tournament was between the Lutheran High School Crusaders and the William J. Brennan Bears. As part of The Throne Hoops National Championships, fans were there to watch the game in hoards in East Rutherford, New Jersey. And along with them, Kiyan Anthony's parents - Carmelo and La La were also there to hype their son as he led the Crusaders to a win against the Bears. The former couple have been very straight about the fact that parenting always comes before anything else.

The scorecard at the end of the final buzzer read 83-56 in favor of the Crusaders. The young Anthony scored 17 points, 1 assist, and 1 rebound. The Crusaders beat Highland (VA) 56-55 in the elimination round, before coming face to face with the Bears. And now, after they beat the Bears, are getting ready to go up against the Eagles later tonight on March 29.

Both Carmelo and La La Anthony are very supportive parents and rarely miss any important event in their only son's life. Kiyan, who has chosen to join the Syracuse University men's basketball team and is considered to be the best celebrity kid player in the field, will be following in his father's footsteps after finishing high school.

And through all of it, both Melo and La La have been cheering for their son as he goes from one career milestone to another. The ex couple were sitting together courtside, as Kiyan gave a phenomenal performance inside of it. This is one of the many times that the former couple came together to support their only son, and we are sure they will keep doing it always.
