Ubisoft will bring its action-adventure game Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown to iOS and Android mobile platforms on April 14, promising to offer players a full console experience on their smartphones and tablets.
The mobile version maintains 100% of the original game's content while introducing specialized mobile features. Players can enjoy the game at 60 frames per second on recent devices, with customizable touch controls and external controller support. New accessibility options include auto-potion, auto-parry, and a unique "Time Lord" mode allowing players to adjust game speed.
Developed by Ubisoft Da Nang, the mobile adaptation allows players to control Sargon, a young warrior from The Immortals, on a quest to rescue Prince Ghassan in the time-cursed Mount Qaf. The game offers three play style configurations: original HD experience, mobile-tailored setup, and a casual approach.
Players can download and try the game for free, however the full experience will be available through a single in-app purchase.
