Musk’s post comes just days after his March 31 visit to the CIA, where he met with Director John Ratcliffe to discuss government efficiency as part of his role in the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE). Musk, tasked with slashing federal spending, reportedly briefed CIA officials on DOGE’s insights, though the agency limited his access to its databases, underscoring its unique status.


The Matrix's aesthetic, tying into Musk's humorous caption about mixing DayQuil and NyQuil, suggesting a surreal, movie-like experience.
