National award-winning actress Surabhi Lakshmi has roped in to play the lead in Anoop Menon’s maiden production venture ‘Padma’.

The teaser was released by the actor Surabhi Lakshmi, who plays a major lead role in the film, via her official Facebook handle. Sharing the teaser, the National Award-winning actress penned a note that read, “Padma's teaser is out now. Please watch and share.” The 54 seconds teaser has the actor Surabhi Lakshmi’s character being taught Malayalam by a tutor and the scene takes a hilarious turn as the house servant, who happens to know Malayalam even better than the tutor, indulges in between the teaching session.
