Actress Arpita Mondal turns a year older

Bengali actress Arpita Mondal is celebrating her birthday today (January 27). Birthday wishes started pouring in right from midnight. Arpita’s social media handle is flooded with birthday wishes from her friends, industry peers, co-actors. The birthday girl was in for a surprise right at midnight. She had a cosy celebration party at home and cut a cake.She has received many presents as well from family and friends.
Arpita is in a celebratory mood since yesterday. She along with team ‘Sarbamangala’ went for a picnic. The actress had a gala time with actors Purbasha Roy, Sanchari Mondal, Rajiv Bose, Anirban Ghosh along with other team members had a good time together. She had a good time with her extended family prior to her birthday.
Arpita has been a part of many popular television shows including ‘Krishnakoli’, ‘Ke Apon Ke Por’, ‘Kunjachhaya’, ‘Sarbamangala’ and others. The actress shot to fame playing Maa Sarada in television serial ‘Jagat Janai Maa Sarada’. Arpita worked hard to play the character convincingly. Suman Kundu played Sri Ramakrishna Paramahansa while Debanjan Chatterjee essayed Swami Vivekananda in this popular television show which was very popular among the audience. Arpita, Suman and Debanjan became household names after the show’s success. Soon, after the show concluded its journey, Arpita left the audience surprised playing a completely different character in ‘Bijoyini’.
