Aryann Bhowmik to play the male lead in ‘Titli’

Actor Aryann Bhowmik, who was seen playing Sontu in ‘Kakababu’ series starring actor Prosenjit Chatterjee, is set to feature in an upcoming daily soap. Souces suggest, the actor has bagged the upcoming show ‘Titli’, which will narrate the story of a female pilot. Debutante Madhupriya Chowdhury is playing the titular role.
Aryann, who has been praised for his performance in the movies like ‘Mishawr Rahasya’, ‘Yeti Obhijaan’ and web-based projects, is looking forward to his upcoming TV project.He will be seen playing a boy next door. His on-screen character Somnath doesn’t want to take up a conventional career but wants to do something new and interesting. His life takes a new turn as he meets Titli, an aspiring pilot. Titli suffers from hearing issues but she is determined to live her dream.
Aryann made his debut with Riingo’s ‘Neel Rajar Deshe’. He has also featured in ‘Chalo paltai’, ‘Window Connection’, ‘Detective Byomkesh Bakshy’, ‘Messi’ and other movies. The young actor has just completed the shooting of ‘Kakababur Pratyabartan’.
The upcoming show ‘Titli’ created much buzz with its first promo. While the makers revealed the face of the protagonist, they were tight lipped about the male lead. The makers were keen on casting young actors as the lead cast. The launch date of the show is yet to be announced.
