Bengali actress Sampurna Lahiri misses work

Shoots in Bengali entertainment industry is yet to start. Artists, technicians, directors, writers and all other people want to resume work as soon as possible. Just like them, film and television actress Sampurna Lahiri is also missing her shoot life. She has been majorly missing all the fun on shooting floor and wants to go back to the normal life and face the camera again.
The actress became a household name with the daily soap ‘Tare Ami Chokhe Dekhini’ and later concentrated on her film career.
The gorgeous actress was seen in the Bengali version of Hindi supernatural television series ‘Nazar’, starring Antara Biswas aka Monalisa. Sampurna played a Daayan in ‘Nojor’, which starred John Bhattacharyya and Diya Mukherjee. The actress made her presence felt with the show yet again. Sampurna, who was mostly seen in films made a television comeback with ‘Nojor’.
Amid lockdown, the actress is trying to utilise the time more effectively. She has been honing her culinary skills too. From experimenting with new recipes to sharing it with fans through her social media handle, Sampurna has been quite busy. Being an avid book lover, Sampurna is also reading more books these days. She is also watching long awaited movies and webseries.
Talking about her career, Sampurna has done many television projects including reality show ‘Bigg Boss Bangla’, ‘Robi Thakurer Golpo’, TV series ‘Byomkesh’ and others. Sampurna has done a number of movies like, ‘Goray Gondogol’, ‘Accident’, ‘Byomkesh Phire Elo’, ‘Jaanbaz’ and others.
