Srabanti Chatterjee, Soham Chakraborty, Om Sahani, Darshana Banik starrer ‘Hullor’ set for its World TV Premiere

Bengali TV viewers are in for some high dose of entertainment ahead. With the promising launches of shows across genres, some of which have heavy-weight stars in it as well, audiences can expect a whole platter of entertainment. Meanwhile, the popular TV channels have decided to take the entertainment a level higher with the World Television Premiere of Bengali movies too.One of the Bengali flicks which will have its premiere on the Bengali small screen is ‘Hullor’. It will be aired on January 29.
Directed by Abhimanyu Mukherjee, the movie was released in 2020. It features some of the very popular stars of Tollywood including Srabanti Chatterjee, Soham Chakraborty, Om Sahani, Darshana Banik playing lead roles. The movie has an interesting plot which is about a grocery store in North Kolkata. It stands in the way of developers who want to build a mall in that area. A group, however, wants to save it from being demolished.
Soham plays Ronit’s character in the movie. Ronit is a ghar jamai, who dreams of being financially independent and earning the respect of his rich father-in-law. On the other hand, Om plays a young guy (also named Om) who is in love with Mini (played by Darshana Banik). Mini’s dad owns the grocery store which is being eyed by the realtors. The grocery store owner is in deep debt. It can be saved from being demolished only if the owner manages to pay Rs 50 lakhs. Mini, Om all join forces and Ronit joins their team too. The movie stars Biswanath Basu, Santilal Mukherjee, Kanchan Mullick and Supriyo Dutta.
