Dalljiet Kaur shifts base to Pune; says ‘It feels good to not come across familiar faces but I miss Mumbai’

Television actress Dalljiet Kaur has made a significant change in her life by shifting her base to Pune. Best known for her roles in shows like Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon?? and Guddan Tumse Na Ho Payega, the actress recently shared her thoughts on her move, expressing both relief and nostalgia.
Speaking about her new life, Dalljiet said, “I have shifted to Pune. You know the best part about Pune? It doesn’t have the Mumbai crowd. I like the Mumbai crowd. Mujhe Pune me familiar faces nahi dekhna bada achha lag raha hai. It’s ok. It’s not that I don’t like Mumbai. Mumbai has a lot of memories. But sometimes you feel like getting lost, and you have that phase.”
The actress, who moved around six to seven months ago, is enjoying her fresh start in the peaceful city. She reminisced about her past connection with Pune, saying, “I had done my grads and PG from Pune. I used to have a white scooty and drive around. I have taken a place where there is a lot of greenery, which is missing in Mumbai.”

While Dalljiet has embraced her new surroundings, her work commitments still take her back to Mumbai. However, she admits that the city now overwhelms her. “I only travel to Mumbai due to work. Mumbai se abhi thoda ghabrahat hoti hai,” she confessed.
Dalljiet’s career has spanned over a decade, with her impressive performances making her a household name. Apart from acting, she has also been involved in entrepreneurship and social causes, balancing multiple roles as a mother, professional, and influencer.

A devoted mother, Dalljiet shares a strong bond with her son, Jaydon, and ensures that her career choices align with his well-being. With her new life in Pune, she looks forward to spending more time in a calmer, greener environment while continuing to work in the entertainment industry.
