TV actress, Shilpa Anand aka Riddhima of Dill Mill Gayye, who is currently away from the small screen screen recently shared a post on her Facebook accusing her sister's mother-in-law of trying to kill her. Shilpa changed her name to Ohanna Shivanand in 2015 and has been away from work since 2014.
In the Facebook posts, Shilpa alleged that her sister's mother-in-law tried to kill her and her mom for their property. She even revealed in the post that her mom has filed a case against her sister's mother-in-law and that she has been absconding.
Shilpa began her career with modelling. She later did few South Indian films and entered Bollywood with Hindi film Iqraar by Chance which released in 2006. However, her claim to fame was her role of Riddhima in Dill Mill Gayye where she was paired opposite
Karan Singh Grover.
Their chemistry was loved by millions of fans. Shilpa aka Ohanna quit the show show in 2008 to pursue a career in Bollywood and was replaced by Sukriti Kandpal.
Shilpa hasn't named anyone in her post. For the uninitiated, Shilpa is South actress Sakshi Anand's younger sister. She has appeared in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam and Hindi films. She retired from showbiz industry and is married to Sagar.
