Ek Duje Ke Vaaste 2's Kanikka Kapur's homecoming on her birthday

Ek Duje Ke Vaaste 2 featuring young actors Kanikka Kapur and Mohit Kumar is loved by the audience and the actors have already become a household name with their characters of Suman and Shravan respectively. It is a show based on army backdrop and is a love saga of two star-crossed lovers. Shot entirely in Bhopal, the show depicts authentic locales and a visual treat.
The cast of the show has continuously been shooting in Bhopal for the last six months and along with others the lead actress of the show Kanikka Kapur has been staying away from her family for all these months.
Speaking about it Kanikka Kapur aka Suman said, “It has been a long time since we started shooting for Ek Duje Ke Vaaste 2 in Bhopal and I did not visit Delhi even once in that time period. Though it has been a great experience in Bhopal I had started getting homesick and, on my birthday, finally decided to visit my family. When my mother hugged me with teary eyes, it felt like I had got my heaven back. My parents made sure to make my short stay memorable. While my mother cooked all my favorite dishes, my father took me to visit all the places I used to go during my childhood. I can’t explain the happiness which I felt at that time in words. In the evening, they also threw a grand birthday party inviting all my old friends whom I hadn’t met for long. I feel that though I have been staying in Delhi for years, this trip holds the best memories. While leaving for the shoot back, I too could not hold my tears and it was an extremely emotional moment for me and my parents.”
In the current track of the show Suman has thrown a challenge to Shravan to impress her grandfather Brigadier Mohan Tiwari. Shravan in his voyage to make his place in the army world of Bhopal has already come close to Devika, Suman’s friend and now is leaving no stone unturned to sway his school buddy Suman.
