Actress Kishori Shahane Vij, currently seen on 'Ishq Mein Marjawan', recently celebrated 25 years of marriage with actor-filmmaker Deepak Balraj Vij. The story of how they met and fell in love is interesting, and guess who played cupid here? It’s none other than Bollywood actor Jackie Shroff.
Kishori shares, “Ours was quite a filmi meeting. Jackie, who is a close friend, introduced us. He told me, ‘Why don’t you drop by the set, and I’ll introduce you to Deepak, who is making a Hindi film for which he requires a Marathi heroine?’ And that’s how I was introduced to Deepak on the set by Jackie.Like me, Deepak, too, is adventurous. We have so much in common. Both of us take time off from our hectic schedules to strike a balance between work and life.”
