Jai Kanhaiya Lal: Another TV show based on equation between God and man

After Neeli Chhatri Wale, there’s another show focussing on the equation between God and man in the making. Titled Jai Kanhaiya Lal, this show will be produced by the same production house. However, this show is different from the existing one and the central character will be Lord Krishna. Anooj Kapoor, senior EVP and business head of the channel, confirms, “Yes, such a show is underway.

The show, set in a modern set up, revolves around Lord Krishna, who shares his wisdom to lead a happy life with the rest of the world through a common man.” Ask him if it bears any similarity to that of the movie Oh My God! and he replies, “There is no resemblance whatsoever. The movie tackled and fought superstition, our show is about enabling people to lead a happy life through practical wisdom.”
