FIR actressKavita Kaushik, who was last seen in TV show Lakshmi Ghar Aayi (2021) has kept away from TV for the past four years. The actress is focussing on Punjabi films. In the past few years, the actress has been part of five punjabi films.
Kavita said, "In the past four years, I have acted as the main lead in five Punjabi films, My last film Carry on Jatta 3 connected with masses and has done well for the Punjabi film industry."
The actress, who became popular with FIR as Chandramukhi Chautala shared how she would love to do another season. She said, "Nothing comes close to Chandramukhi Chautala, something that I have already done. If there is something interesting in films or web shows, will definitely consider. If there is another season of FIR, why not? As of now I am happy focussing on Punjabi films."
Kavita made her TV debut with Ekta Kapoor's Kutumb. She has also participated in shows like Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa and Bigg Boss. Her role as Chandramukhi Chautala in FIR, a fiesty cop, who speaks her mind and has a Haryanvi accent found a good connect with viewers during the early 2000. Kiku Sharda, Ali Asgar and Aamir Ali were the other important actors, who played important roles in the show. The actress got married in 2017 to her friend and businessman Ronnit Biswas. In an earlier interview she said, "Life is very good after marriage. Ronnit and I love travelling and we enjoy exploring different places in the world together."
