Mom-to-be Devoleena Bhattacharjee exits from her ongoing show Chhati Maiyya Ki Bitiya; says 'Doctor has advised me to have complete bed rest'

Devoleena Bhattacharjee who has been playing Chhati Maiyya finally wraps shooting for the show due to the doctor's advice. The actress had been juggling with the shoot and her pregnancy, and now on the day they celebrated the 100th episode, she decided to make an exit from the show.
Devoleena went live to share a glimpse of her farewell, in the video, she is seen talking, "We are celebrating the 100th episode of Chhati Maiyya Ki Betiya, and with a heavy heart, I have to say that it is my farewell too.The doctor has advised me to have complete bed rest. Thank you so much for all the love and support, keep showering it and I know you all will continue watching the show. Not physically, but emotionally I will be a part of the show."
Devoleena then cuts the cake and also celebrates it with her co-stars. All of them shared how much they would miss her on the sets and while talking she shared that the due shall either be in December end or January.
The Chhathi Maiyya Ki Bitiya actress also shared, “Even though I can’t go pandal hopping, I’m already so excited about next year, when I’ll get to experience it with my little one! That thought fills me with so much joy. I pray that Maa Durga keeps everyone healthy and happy and blesses me and my family with good health and happiness. Durga Puja is all about love, togetherness, and devotion, and even though I’m celebrating from afar, I feel connected to the spirit of the festival.”

Earlier, on managing shoot with Pregnancy, says, “Even though I'm pregnant, I've continued shooting so that my audience can keep watching me on screen, and I can continue entertaining them. However, I have to be very careful on set, especially when climbing stairs. I often need assistance because while working, it's equally important to take care of myself.”
