Ronit Roy to do a comedy show on Sony TV

From romancing heroines in Bollywood and small screen to playing a baddie, Ronit Roy has done it all. However, there is still one genre that the seasoned actor has not explored yet and it is comedy. The actor says he wants to try his hands at comedy soon.
Ronit Roy is also in talks with Sony Entertainment Television for a comedy show but nothing is confirmed yet.

Talking about the same, Ronit said: "Sony and I were in talks to come up with a comedy show but since, the audience wanted the second season of Adaalat we thought of bringing the courtroom drama back. The comedy show will happen one day. Right now, we are focusing on Adaalat."
On being asked, about doing comedy, "A lot of my friends told me that I should do comedy. First, I thought they were joking but since so many people told me. I thought I should at least give it a try. Will I be good at it? I don't know that the audience will decide after watching the show."
Ronit will be reprising the role of defense lawyer K D Pathak in the second season of 'Adaalat'.
