Sulagna Panigrahi's comfortable with skin show

She may have shot to fame with her serial Amber Dhara followed by a flop show Do Saheliyaan, yet actress Sulagna Panigrahi has let go off the telly platform in favour of B-Town.
Buzz is that the actress has got some Bollywood offers after her recent role in Murder 2 and she wants to make the most of it. “I have got great reviews for that film and I definitely want to cash in on the role I played in it.I’m reading a couple of scripts. I don’t want to do TV now,” she says firmly. But is she insecure with leaving the platform that gave her fame? “I’m not insecure as an actor.
I think if you love your work you can act anywhere irrespective of the medium. People know me from TV but for now this is what I want. I do know this is a different avenue for me and I feel like a newcomer again but I’m loving it,” adds Sulagna.
Is she comfortable with showing more skin in Bollywood if the script demands it? “Steamy roles? It depends. I wouldn’t mind showing skin if I am also contributing meaningfully to the film. If all I have to do is to show skin, it would not be interesting,” ends the actress who will let go of her onscreen sari avatar.
