Mohanlal's 'Aaraattu' to have a world TV premiere on THIS day

The much-awaited Mohanlal blockbuster is here. B Unnikrishnan's directorial action movie 'Aaraattu' will have its world TV premiere soon. The massy entertainer was one of the fans' favorites of the year.
In the movie, Mohanlal plays Neyyattinkara Gopan, an influential ‘goon’ who has been roped in to settle an illegal land issue for Edathala Mathai, a wealthy landowner in Muthalakota.The issues faced by Gopan, his mission to solve the disputes and gain the love of the natives form the crux of the story. Even though the movie gained mixed responses about the storyline and its making, it was appreciated as the ‘return to the theatre’ movie and a family entertainer.

The movie also gained attention with the music. One of the songs composed by Ranjin Raj is sung by former Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Keralam contestants Swetha Ashok, Narayani Gopan, and Aswin Vijayan.
The movie will have its premiere on Sunday (July 10).

On a similar note, despite his busy movie schedule, actor Mohanlal was also active on Malayalam TV lately. The ace actor was hosting the recently concluded reality show 'Bigg Boss Malayalam 4'. Notably, Mohanlal has been anchoring the show for the last four seasons too.
