Popular sitcom 'Marimayam' is widely loved for its interesting and socially relevant content. The show which was on a break due to COVID-19 outbreak is back with fresh episodes and fans can’t afford to miss the new episodes.
In the recent episode, the show has captured the fun in a lockdown wedding like never before. In the episode, a couple take their 3-year relationship to the next level.Their respective families boast about their wealth and status in society. They decide to have a big fat wedding and start making arrangements for the same. They plan the wedding with 2000 plus people and decide to have a three-day-long celebration.
But much to their dismay, the government declares complete lockdown due to COVID-19 spread and all their plans go in vain. However, both the families decide to postpone the wedding as they can’t have a low-key ceremony as per the government guidelines.
On the other hand, the groom gets annoyed with the long wait and goes to the bride’s father asking to let them get married soon. But, the bride’s father dismisses the groom’s request adding that he can't get her daughter married during the lockdown.
