Bigg Boss Marathi 4: Netizens slam makers for announcing Akshay Kelkar as the winner despite getting less votes in multiple polls; call him a 'fixed' winner

Bigg Boss Marathi 4 Grand Finale recently concluding crowning Akshay Kelkar as the winner of the season. The actor, who is a known face in Hindi television circuit, had appeared in TV shows like Nime Dengzongpa and Bhakarwadi. He made his debut on Marathi TV with BB Marathi 4. The actor lifted the trophy of season 4, which has left everyone surprised a section of audiences.
A section of netizens slammed the makers on social media for crowning him as the winner of the season.A few netizens also questioned the makers as to how he lifted the trophy despite getting low votes in various public polls.

A user trolled and slammed the makers on Twitter adding that Akshay had the 'blessings of the makers'. The user said, "Bhai khush hou nkos voting mdhe saglyat khali hotas makers cha hatt tuzya dokyavr hota (Bhai, please dont be happy. You were the lowest in all public polls conducted by news portals. You had blessings of the makers)

Another user said that the winner announcement disappointed him and he will not watch BB Marathi anymore. He wrote, "Not watching bb marathi again,

Another user, who was upset seeing Akshay Kelkar as the winner, asked the makers how he got the trophy despite getting lowest votes in polls. The user wrote, "I don't know how to describe? But you really didn't deserve to win. Least voted asun hi kityek vela safe kela gelay BB kadun.. kharach ya season cha sagla ch gandlay 😂👎"
Another user called Akshay 'the face of the channel' airing the show and hence he won of the season. The user said, "He is the face of the channel COLORS. He was in dengzongpa. Makers foooled everyone and made him the winner"
Yet another user slammed Akshay for lifting the trophy and called him a 'Fixed' winner. The user wrote, "Only previous three seasons winner, Megha Dhade, Shiv Thakare and Vishhal Nikam are our winners. You are the 'fixed' winner"
For the unversed, Akshay Kelkar got the lowest votes in the poll conducted by ETimes TV as well while Kiran Mane secured the majority of votes.


Akshay Kelkar lifted the trophy of the show and received prize money of Rs. 15,55,000, a gold bracelet from the sponsors. Akshay got also Rs. 5 lakhs from the sponsors for being the 'Best Captain' of the house.
