Popular Marathi actor Vivek Sangle, who is currently playing the lead role of Rajvardhan in the show Bhagya Dile Tu Mala, is known for his acting chops and stellar performances.
In an exclusive chat with ETimes TV, the senior actor took a stroll down the memory lane and reminisced about the tough phase of his life that 'taught him a lot'.
While recalling a few memories of his hey days,
Vivek Sangle said, "I still remember in 2009-2010, makers used to take hard copies of actors' work resumes and pictures.
There was no social media or digital media to send our pictures and portfolios. There was also a time when most of the shootings of TV serials and films would take place on Madh Island. I would travel so far to Madh just to submit my hardcopies to them."
Vivek further said that he could not even go for auditions because he did not have sufficient money. Vivek said, "Sometimes I could not go for auditions because I did not have money in my pocket to travel to shoot locations. But I feel so glad and fortunate today that I have struggled hard and reached this point in my life. Else, I would not have realised the real meaning of this success. That phase has taught me a lot."
