Kitchen Kallkar: Vaibhav Mangle gets emotional reminiscing his childhood memories, says "Could not afford poha but to make me smile, mom would make Kanda Poha on my birthday"

In the recent episode of Kitchen Kallakar, renowned Marathi actor Vaibhav Mangle graced the show and treated judge Prashant Damle with delicious food. To compete with him actresses Sanskruti Balgude and Anvita Phaltankar also participated and cooked some lip-smacking food. Judge Prashant Damle announced Vaibhav as the winner of the competition and urged him to share a memory of his childhood with his mother.Vaibhav got emotional on the show and reminisced about the struggle and financial crisis he and his family faced many years ago.
Vaibhav said on the show that he would love to eat Kanda Poha since childhood but due to his financial status in childhood, he and his family could not afford to buy Poha but his mother would make Kanda Poha on special occasions like birthdays and other events to make him happy.
Vaibhav said "We were not that financially secure. My mother has been through a lot since childhood. Our financial condition was not good. I would love to eat Kanda Poha and I still love it but we did not have that much money to buy Poha. So my mother, just to make me smile, would buy Poha and make Kanda Poha on my birthday. She has tried her best to bring a smile to my face"
Vaibhav Mangle recalled his rough patch of life and judge Prashant Damle and host Sankarshan Karhade too got emotional.
