Suyash says no to phones on show’s set

The lead actor of the Marathi TV show Ka Re Durava, Suyash Tilak, is the one responsible for the ban imposed on the show’s sets on the use of mobile phones.
He said, “I wanted mobiles banned on the sets as it distracts the actors during the shoot. Redoing scenes is time-consuming and strenuous for the entire unit. To avoid all this, phones are now banned on the set.” But what happens in case someone defaults.“In case there is any disturbance because of a phone ringing, the person concerned is fined depending on their designation. The fine collected from an actor is different from that collected from a light boy. The total money collected at the end of the month is used to buy things for the crew, like last month, we bought t-shirts for everyone,” he added.
