Tejaswini Pandit gets nostalgic as she shares the title song of her debut TV show Ekach Hya Janmi Janu
Marathi actress Tejaswini Pandit made her TV debut nine years back with the popular show Ekach Ya Janmi Janu. Recently, the actress got nostalgic as she shared the title song and experience of working on the show. She wrote, “आपण सगळेच ह्या #lockdown मध्ये खूप गोष्टी करतोय.कुणी स्वतःला explore करतोय. कुणी नवीन गोष्टी शिकतय, तर कुणी जुन्या आठवणींना उजाळा देतय. माझ्या आठवणीतल्या खजिन्यातला हा एक गोड कप्पा!! एकाच ह्या जन्मी जणू !!!! #9yearsago #anjali #nostalgia #lifeisgood #tejaswinipandit”

The show was produced by Mahesh Tagde. Ashwini Shende has written the title song. Nilesh Mohair composed the song which was sung by popular singer Vaishali Samat.

The show was a story of a specially-abled girl named Anjali. While her parents are worried for her, she is a strong willed girl. Anjali meets Shrikant (played by Piyush Ranade) and what happens next forms the crux of the show. Shreya Bugde played an interesting character in the series.
Tejaswini’s performance on the show was critically acclaimed, too.
Apart from them, the lead cast includes Manasi Salvi, Manasi Kulkarni, Meghana Vaidya, Uday Sabnis, Sulbha Deshpande, Jayant Ghate, Hemangi Rao, Supriya Pathare, Varsha Tandle and others in pivotal roles.
