Amman fame Sai Lakshmi to play a negative role in Enga Veetu Meenakshi

Actress Sai Lakshmi has joined the cast of the new show ‘Enga Veetu Meenakshi’ (EVM). Sai Lakshmi will play the character Karpagam, who is the wife of actor-director Raj Kapoor (Meiappan) and Ragavi Vishnuvardhan's mother. According to the story, she will be the one of the antagonists of the show.
The actress is elated about her new project.
Sharing a video message on social media, Sai Lakshmi wrote, “Enga Veetu Meenakshi
don't miss it (sic)”

Interestingly, Sai Lakshmi’s daughter is celebrating her birthday today (October 19).Sharing a video of some happy moments, she wished her daughter with the caption, “Today my angel birthday, happy birthday
my angel,u r not my daughter, U r my mom, love you my angel (sic)”

Meanwhile, Sai Lakshmi is seen having a blast on the sets with her reel daughter Ragavi.

Prior to this, Sai Lakshmi has impressed the audience with her performance in a number of TV shows including Amman, Pandian Stores (as Rasathi) and Paavam Ganesan.

Besides Sai Lakshmi, Enga Veetu Meenakshi features Jeeva Thangavel (as Chidambaram), Shritha Sivadas (Meenakshi), Aadukalam Naren (Devanayagam), Poornima Bhagyaraj (Valliamma), Raj Kapoor (Meiappan), Bava Lakshmanan (Nalapagam Nagaraj) and Gnanasambandam (Principal) and others. The show is directed by Ramkumar Doss.

Enga Veetu Meenakshi's story revolves around two characters- Chidambaram (Jeeva) who is a wedding planner and Meenakshi (Shritha), a lecturer.
