TV show ‘Raja Rani 2’ to go off-air soon

The popular television serial Raja Rani will end its journey soon. The special climax episode of the daily soap will air soon.
The show, which premiered in August 2021, is going to end after airing over 778 episodes. Raja Rani 2, is a remake of the Hindi series Diya Aur Baati Hum and was quite popular among the telly audience.
A recent promo showcased that Praveena kills Britto Ravi who is the ex-boyfriend of her daughter, soon his son, Saravanan came and disposed of the dead body.Unfortunately her daughter-in-law ACP Sandhya took charge of the case.

The show featured Ashwini Riya Vishwanath (ACP Sandhya) and Sidhu Sid (Saravanan) and others in important roles. The performances by actors Saivam Ravi, Srilekha Rajendran, Balaji Thiyagarajan Dayalan, Vaishnavi Sundar, Ashwin Kannan, Navya Suji, Sangeetha, Salsa Mani, Shobhana Bhuniya, Britto Ravi, Pasanga Sivakumar, Gayathri Priya, Adhithri Dinesh, Baby George, and Rajasekhar were much appreciated by the audience.

Raja Rani 2 was produced by Venkatesh Babu, while the show was written & directed by Praveen Bennet and Priya Thambi.

Raja Rani 2’s plot revolves around Sandhya who pursues her dream of becoming an IPS officer. She wants to fulfill the dream of her father Sivakumar. She got married to Saravanan(Sidhu) who isn't much educated. Saravanan is a confectioner and belongs to a middle-class traditional family.
