'Yaanai Mugathaan', featuring Yogi Babu and others, is set for an OTT premiere today (May 26). The story is all about the autorickshaw driver who is an ardent devotee of Lord Vinayagar. While he is an extremely religious person, he is unscrupulous in his day-to-day life.

The much-anticipated fantasy comedy film, starring Yogi Babu and Ramesh Thilak, will be available on OTT platform. Fans have been waiting for its release and the action-packed drama will premiere today (May 26) on a leading OTT platform.

The film stars Yogi Babu and Ramesh Thilak in the lead roles and also has an ensemble cast including Urvashi, Karunakaran, Uday Chandra, Naaga Vishaal, Hareesh Peradi, Crane Manohar and others play supporting roles.
The film was written and directed by Rejishh Mithila. The music is composed by Bharath Sankar while cinematography and editing are handled by Karthik S Nair, and Syalo Sathyan respectively.

Yaanai Mugathaan was Tamil debut film for director Rejishh Midhila. He has directed some Malayalam films like Lal Bahadur Shastri, Vaarikkuzhiyile Kolapathakam, and Innu Muthal

The story is all about Ganesha (Ramesh Thilak), an auto-rickshaw driver with multiple debts who aimlessly roams around the city. Whenever people ask for their money back, he prays to Lord Ganesha, asking him to double their problems in their personal lives, to save himself. Despite this being his routine, his life takes a turn for the worse when one of the Lord Ganesha idols in his home becomes invisible. Although his friends and well-wishers, Micheal (Karunakaran) and Malliga (Urvashi), refuse to believe him, he begins to experience strange happenings after the arrival of a new person (Yogi Babu) in his life. What happens to Ganesha his problem solved or not, forms the plot of this movie.
